About

It’s not about me… why are YOU here?

I have a feeling I know why you’re here.

You’re curious, open-minded and searching for solutions.

You’ve been working hard to create a life that fills you with JOY, EASE, FUN, GROWTH, ADVENTURE & PURPOSE but somehow, it hasn’t quite worked out, yet. You’re still struggling with some fundamental challenges that you KNOW, when they get handled, will give you the peace of mind and FREEDOM that you so deeply crave.Things like…

  • Prioritizing your health & WELL-BEING,
  • Getting a handle on MONEY & building a BUSINESS you love,
  • Cultivating a deeper connection with your SPIRITUALITY & NATURE,
  • Having more TIME to spend on things that nourish your body, mind, heart & soul.

I’m here to tell you that the dream on your heart that is not yet fulfilled is WORTH pursuing and that it will be so much easier with SUPPORT.

We are a tribal species, it is in our nature to work TOGETHER, but somehow, we were taught to strive for individual results.

Would it be okay if you found a community where you could put your well-being first, connect deeply with your gifts and talents in a way that serves others, and be paid to be YOU?

My name is Aimee and I am here to help you be happy, healthy and FREE.

I am happiest when I am connecting with others from a place of service. The most meaningful part of life for me is relationships and connection. I especially love getting to know the people I cross paths with on a deeper level. I am driven to help you uncover your burning desires and dreams AND help you move towards those dreams.

My core driving desire is to be free.

This is my personal quest, arising from my journey thus far and the challenges I have faced. I suspect you may have encountered similar challenges and may share this desire to be free, that’s why the universe brought us together!

As I’ve become more self-aware, I have discovered things that help me to feel free, but it hasn’t always been easy…

I grew up in small-town British Columbia. My parents bought a piece of land in the 70s and set up a homestead, complete with log cabin, gardens and a hydro-electric system. They split up when I was about six years old and life was challenging. I watched as my dad struggled with a health diagnosis that forced him to learn how to take care of himself again. I took on a lot of responsibility at a young age. At the same time, both my parents were struggling to make ends meet. They shared custody and neither one of them could afford much beyond the basics. I felt frustrated and embarrassed by our lack of money.

As soon as I could, I started earning my own money through baby sitting and selling hand made jewelery and baked goodies at the local farmer’s market. I got a part time job when I was 15 and have been financially independent since I was 19.

I went to university at age 17 because I wanted to be successful. Part way through, I realized that getting a general degree wouldn’t guarantee a job, but would guarantee student debt and stress. I muddled my way through my early twenties, taking a variety of courses and finally getting a business diploma. I knew I wanted freedom and business seemed like the best way to achieve it.

It was at this point in my life that I was given a gift.

I had taken an administrative job, which was allowing me lots of learning experiences but also came with a lot of stress. I started drinking what I now refer to as ‘ninja juice’ and noticed changes within a matter of months. Making the decision to support my health was easy after experiencing the challenge of having a sick parent. I also knew that my over-achiever, hard working habits would eventually burn me out if I kept them up.

Soon I noticed I had less need for coffee to get me through my day and I was better able to handle the stressful and emotionally draining aspects of my job (and life in general). I began to feel energized, even to the point of deciding to train for a triathlon.

I also discovered a community where I could satisfy my curiosity about health and receive on-going support, coaching and mentorship. I embraced the personal development opportunity with open arms.

For a long time I had wanted to be an entrepreneur and make a big impact on the world.

My dream is to be involved in massive paradigm shifts in our education, health care and food systems…

but that dream seemed so BIG and unattainable. Now, by joining forces in business I have systems and a support network that encourages me to dream big. Leadership development is built in to our program and we all start by putting our well-being first. There is no way any of us can achieve our biggest dreams if we don’t have our health.

I am now creating conscious connections with other visionaries who need a vehicle like this in order to bring forth their life’s purpose.

Are you ready to put your well-being first, and claim your freedom?
